Refund Policy

This policy covers refund terms for ManskiPort plugin licenses and web development services provided by Elijah Lemanski.

ManskiPort Plugin Refunds

30-Day Refund Window

If you purchase a ManskiPort license and decide it's not right for you within 30 days of purchase, contact me and I'll issue a full refund. No hoops to jump through, no interrogation. Just tell me it's not working for you.

To request a refund, email elijah@eplemanski.com with your purchase email address and the reason (optional, but helpful for me).

After 30 Days

Refunds are not available after the 30-day window has passed. Annual license renewals are not refundable.

Exceptions

I'll consider refund requests outside the 30-day window on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

• A critical bug that prevents the plugin from functioning and that I'm unable to fix within a reasonable time
• A billing error on my end
• A duplicate charge

What Happens After a Refund

Your license is deactivated and you should uninstall the plugin. Your client data stays in your WordPress database -- the refund doesn't delete anything, it just ends your license.

Web Development Services Refunds

Deposits

The 50% project deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled before work starts, the deposit is refunded in full.

Mid-Project Cancellation

If you cancel a project after work has started, you will be billed for work completed to date at the agreed project rate (prorated). Any amount paid beyond that will be refunded. I will provide you with all completed work files at the time of cancellation.

Work Already Delivered

Once a project is delivered and accepted, payments are final. If you have concerns about work quality, contact me first -- I'd rather fix a problem than issue a dispute.

How to Request a Refund

Email elijah@eplemanski.com with your name, what you purchased, and what you'd like to resolve. I respond within one business day.
