Refund Policy

I'll keep this one very plain, because pricing surprises are exactly what Mankai exists to avoid.
During early access, all sales are final
Mankai is a one-person product in active beta, sold at an early-access price that's locked in for the people who take the chance. To make that sustainable, I don't offer refunds right now: not on plugin licenses, not on the theme bundle, and not on Pro Setup once the work is scheduled.
So please don't rush the purchase
That's also why nothing on this site pressures you. Before you buy:
- Watch the walkthrough videos on YouTube.
- Read the documentation; it reflects how the product actually works today.
- Email me your questions. Support runs every day, 8 AM to 2 PM Central (Wisconsin time), and I answer honestly, including "no, it doesn't do that yet."
The exceptions
- Duplicate or mistaken charges: if a checkout glitch bills you twice, or you accidentally buy the same license twice, I'll reverse the duplicate. Obviously.
- Billing errors on my side: if I charge you the wrong amount, I'll correct it.
- Your legal rights: nothing here removes consumer rights that can't be waived in your jurisdiction.
If something's broken
A bug isn't a reason to lose your money or for me to hide. Report it and I'll fix it; weekly releases are the whole rhythm of this product. Your license includes support, so use it.
When this changes
Once Mankai is out of early access, I expect to introduce a standard refund window, and this page will say so plainly when that day comes.
