Use workflows to attach documents, send updates, trigger emails, move communication stages, and preset automation into session types.

Mankai workflows are stored as structured definitions with triggers, conditions, and actions. Some workflows are system-generated around email events, and others can be manually configured.

System Workflows

Mankai can seed system workflows tied to built-in event definitions. Those exist so core events like gallery delivery or quote changes can trigger consistent communication without requiring you to build everything from scratch.

Session types can auto-apply:

This is one of the biggest time savers in photographer mode.

How to Build Good Automation

Automate predictable administrative steps, not judgment calls.
Use delays intentionally.
Do not trigger five emails when one would do the job.
Test with a fake client record before using it in production.

Manual Execution

Manually built workflows can be executed against a project or session. System workflows are protected from manual execution because they are meant to be event-driven.
